Team Overview
Our Marketing Communications Team is a passionate group of storytellers and strategists dedicated to crafting impactful campaigns that engage, inspire, and drive action. Using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and industry best practices, we create meaningful connections that boost engagement, retention, and conversions. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, we ensure every message aligns with ADF’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Campaign Optimization: Develop and execute email marketing automation strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing & Performance Enhancement: Test subject lines, content, and designs to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Email Journeys & Lead Nurturing: Build and refine responsive, personalized customer journeys while utilizing lead scoring and grading to identify leads.
- Campaign Execution & Quality Control: Oversee campaign development, execution, testing, and optimization, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance & Deliverability: Monitor email list health, manage re-engagement strategies, ensure CAN-SPAM compliance, and standardize naming conventions for scalability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to enhance marketing automation strategies.
- Process Improvement & Scalability: Develop and implement standardized processes for email marketing, including expanding and managing website entry points for dynamic data sourcing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in email marketing, marketing automation, or campaign management.
- Pardot, Virtuous, and general ESP software knowledge.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nonprofit marketing experience
- Familiarity with Wrike project management software
