Door Production
Join our close-knit, family-owned door shop as a Production/Manufacturing Specialist. In this role, you will be a key player in assembling and fabricating prepared components into pre-hung door units.

HOURS: Day shift: Monday-Friday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm 40 hours per week (overtime as needed).
WAGE: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull, prepare, and machine wood millwork components.
- Operate machinery and tools to create pre-hung doors and door systems ready to be installed in a rough opening at a jobsite.
- Read and accurately build units according to work orders and receive written and verbal instructions for work completion.
CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A team player with positive communication skills.
- Hard working, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th / inch and safely operate hand tools and automated equipment with training.
- Possess vision abilities including peripheral vision.
- Able to stand (8-9 hrs per day), walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Able to regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 70 pounds
- Collaborate in team lifts for objects between 70 and 150 pounds, and maneuver items weighing up to 150 pounds.
