THE ROLE:
As part of the Order Entry team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Receiving and reviewing customer orders
- Enter orders into our ERP system and ensure there are no missing specifications and the price is accurate
- Enter reviewed orders into our system, with a specific focus on accuracy
- Ensure orders are dated appropriately for each customer's standard delivery days
- Enter orders for stocked and pre-hung standard items
- Review orders for accuracy prior to the final completion of the order and generate the manufactured order for production
- Receive and manage change orders within the system
- Resolving order issues and providing customer support by delivering outstanding customer service
- Collaborating with production and operations teams regarding order specifications, shipping lead times and more
- Show competence in learning Alliance's residential door and millwork products and achieve a good understanding of the branch's shop, warehouse, and shipping process
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Other duties as directed
HOURS: Full Time, Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm in office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least five (5) years of experience working in a customer service-oriented office environment (preferred).
- Familiarity with the millwork industry or the building industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate concisely and clearly in both written and verbal exchanges.
- Significant experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proven attention to detail, accuracy of work, and commitment to quality.
