Role
As a Civil Structural Engineer at AllianceEPC, you will be responsible for applying your expertise to a variety of consulting projects, working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions. You will be involved in all phases of project development, from initial concept through to implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, goals, and constraints.
- Develop and deliver mechanical engineering solutions that address client needs and project specifications.
- Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to guide project decisions.
- Oversee and manage project phases, including design, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate with other engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project integration and success.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to offer cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a closely related field preferred.
- 5 years of professional experience desired in civil/structural engineering, with a demonstrated ability to manage and deliver consulting projects.
- Strong proficiency in engineering analysis tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience in a consulting or client-facing role within an engineering firm.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards specific to various sectors.
- Local candidate with previous experience working in Texas and/or Louisiana client facilities preferred
- Texas Professional Engineering License preferred but not required.
