Administrative Assistant
WHO WE ARE:
Alliance Environmental Group has been in business for over 25 years with over twelve office across CA including Las Vegas, Phoenix & WA. Our service areas include demolition, asbestos, lead paint and mold remediation, bed bug eradication, air duct & hood cleaning, and trauma cleanup.
Job Summary Overview:
Perform various administrative tasks, including writing and distributing communication, working closely with cross-functional departments, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, etc.
Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Major Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
- Write and distribute correspondence
- Schedule and maintain calendar via Outlook
- Independently perform support functions including coordination of internal and external executive meetings/calls, maintaining minutes/notes and action items
- Generate reports and data management
- Create and edit presentations, forms, documents, and spreadsheets
- Plan and organize travel
- Provide high-level, tailored administrative support to Sales Estimators
Position Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:
- 2 yrs of an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrative Assistant
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Resourceful, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Collections
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well under minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with Sales Team
- Familiar with Xactimate
Physical Requirements in Accordance with ADA
- Carrying/Lifting: Maximum of 25 lbs
- Standing: Minimal Standing
- Sitting: Up to 8 hours per day
- Walking: Minimal Walking
- Repetitive Motion: Keyboard entry, telephone use
- Visual Acuity: View & read computer screen with or without corrective devices

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE
