We're Hiring Air Duct Cleaners
L.A County & Riverside County Area
Our Project Sites are in Healthcare, Commercial Buildings & Residential

What Does the Entry Level Maintenance Worker Do
- Cleaning HVAC systems
- Firewall servicing
- Fire damper testing
- Construct Dust Control Barriers (ICRA) with Visqueen and/or Coroplast sheets
- Removal of water and mold damaged building materials
- Treatment and removal of mold growth of residential and commercial buildings
What we hope to see from candidates:
- Experienced in related janitorial, custodian. general maintenance or mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing or HVAC
- Hard working, dependable, and responsible
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work the night shift - A lot of our work is overnights, like 4:30pm - 1:00am or 6:00pm - 2:30 am, etc.
- Have reliable transportation
- CA Driver License, to drive company vehicle required
- Complete background check and drug test
- Requires local travel within assigned region

Physical Requirements:
- Carry/Lift: Lift up to 60 lbs
- Use Light Weight Equipment
- Stand: Minimal Walking: Crawling Maximum
- Climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces
- Repetitive Motion: Use of tools
- Visual Acuity: Able to use Respirator without obstruction
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20-$25 DOE per hour
