Superintendent
Alliance Environmental Group LLC. is looking for an experienced Asbestos, Lead, and Mold Superintendent who will be coordinating and monitoring day-to-day labor procedures and processes in our Thousand Oaks location. Our Superintendent will handle labor, salesmen and customer concerns. Process and approve weekly time cards for field workers. Inspect job sites to ensure compliance of all regulations. Maintain inventory of field supplies and field equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assign and schedule field workers on a daily basis
- Inform and maintain field workers proper certifications as needed
- Interview and hire supervisors, fieldworkers
- Working knowledge of OSHA Regulations, Asbestos, Lead and Mold
- Able to manage jobs under time and budget constraints
- Supervise assistant superintendent, supervisors, and field laborers
- Perform probationary and annual performance evaluations for supervised staff/crews
- Respond to regulatory agency policies and procedures
- Maintain company vehicle fleet in proper working and safe conditions
- Able to project management at all levels, small medium and large jobs
- Act as a liaison between field crews and branch manager, and perform final clearances as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years experience of asbestos abatement and demolition experience
- 2-5 years' supervisory and leadership experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge and be willing to learn a variety of computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others and as a team
- Complete required duties in a fast-paced environment and within stated deadlines
- Clean valid driver’s license
- Complete Background Check & Drug Test
- Requires local travel within assigned region
- Extensive driving may be required
- Able to travel 2 -3 weeks for paid training to Corporate site in Azusa CA

- Climb and work at heights and in confined spaces
- Repetitive Motion: Use of tools
- Visual Acuity: Able to use Respirator without obstruction
