ACE Re-entry programming offers career pathways and family-sustaining wages for people impacted by the justice system. This program provides occupational training, workforce preparation, and support services, along with job development, placement, and follow-up for adults (18 ) impacted by the justice system. ACE also offers housing as a supportive service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes complex administrative and analytical tasks involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative; plans; ensures program quality and progress toward performance objectives
- Ensures timely and accurate collection of data needed to analyze program performance, drafts policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with governmental regulations and grantor standards; plans and prepares narrative and statistical reports on program and staff activities for use by the President, Board of Directors, and funding partners
- Represents ACE in presentations to key partners; coordinates and integrates services with other ACE programs and partner organizations;
- Collaborates with the leadership team to create a shared collective vision and goals for the SECTOR, House of RUTH and organization; participates in administrative team meetings
- Collaborates with Manager & Director on program budgeting; monitors program spending and ensures operations consistent with budgeted resources, Researches options and makes requisitions for equipment, goods, and services to meet program needs and monitors the procurement of the same.
- Trains and supervises program staff, interns, and partners to ensure effective and efficient services are provided to program participants
- Prepares and presents periodic reviews of individual performance and develops training and supervision plans for program staff and volunteers; ensures supervisees register for and attend required trainings
- Ensures SECTOR and House of RUTH program participants receive services in the event of staff turnover or leave of absence
- Participates in recruitment, selection and onboarding of program staff.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly progress and data reports for submission
- Mentor Re-Entry Specialists. This includes but is not limited to :
Case Conferences to review participant progress

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $65,200 / yr to $70,400 / yr. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
