Join Alliance for Community Empowerment as a Data Entry Specialist I, where you'll make a meaningful impact by ensuring accurate, up-to-date participant records in our EHR system. Your expertise in navigating diverse platforms and web-based database systems will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and streamlining record management. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director DVIP and program managers to alleviate program staff from repetitive data entry tasks by efficiently transferring and transcribing information between systems and paper documents. You'll also showcase your analytical and creative skills by designing report templates, generating standard reports, and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Works to incorporate into organizational culture best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion, restorative justice, and trauma-informed care.
- Supports DVIP with data entry into ACE designated databases; generates standard reports.
- Assists Data Manager in monitoring data systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry into applicable databases.
- Assists Data Manager in developing design and structure of ACE data systems.
- Collaborates with ACE Staff to run relevant reports for grants and contracts in a timely manner.
- Supports Data Manager efforts to ensure accuracy of reports prior to report submission by spot checking reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $26.44 to $28.05 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
