The Account Manager is an integral part of the success of each project and works closely with other team members to coordinate details towards the production and installation of artwork, displays and other refinements within our clients’ environments. Our client base is mainly focused within healthcare and corporate facilities.
General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Development of custom artwork and display concepts
- Generation of estimates for clients utilizing customized software
- Work collaboratively with team to support account managements’ day-to-day activities
- Prepare and manage project schedules and timelines
- Effectively communicate project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate daily with Creative Director, Project Managers, and Production Team to successfully produce and complete projects in a timely manner
- Oversee on-site installation and provide support on projects as needed
- Associates or Bachelors’ degree in Business, Interior Design or similar field
- Two (2)- five (5) years’ prior experience within a similar position or industry
- Ability to multi-task and follow multiple jobs and timelines concurrently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail, with customer-focused attitude
- A knack and creative flair for design and interior design a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet”
- Professional, versatile, upbeat, and positive team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel, and Power Point
