We are currently hiring a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Support Specialist at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This is a Part-Time position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support on USAF program researching case data associated with weapons and other systems/materials.
- Assists with documentation preparation.
- Conducts data entry, paying close attention to detail.
- Performs in-depth research and data analysis tasks.
- Supports a variety of program related administrative functions and activities.
- Documents and communicates case data effectively to the team, verbally and in writing.
- Contributes to project tasks as assigned.
- Promotes and fosters communication, establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with a wide range of team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience or knowledge in FMS case management
- Advanced administrative skills, adept to using Microsoft programs/tools and other systems
- Financial research experience highly desirable
- Litigation and AFSAC support experience a plus
- Effective communicator verbally and in writing to both external client and internal team
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
