Alliance Global Solutions is hiring energetic detail-oriented Experienced team members to be Splicers on our Fiber team in Dallas, TX (Fort Worth area). In this role, you will be splicing cable connections on site of customer’s premises and small businesses, while providing excellent customer service.
Alliance Global Solution provides a company vehicle, business cell phone, gas card, tools, and uniforms.

Responsibilities:
- MUST KNOW HOW TO perform splicing and termination of fiber optic cables in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and test cabling to troubleshoot and resolve in-the-field issues
- Working as a team to complete daily assigned work to ensure all customers have a positive installation experience.
- Utilization of hand and power tools with safety being a top priority.
- Driving a company-provided vehicle from home to job sites in a professional manner, following all company driving policies.
Complete job ticketing accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cabling (coax, fiber, cat5e) and termination
- Knowledge of cabling standards and network Infrastructure
- Experience Executing of Cabling Standards and network Infrastructure
- Experience in using an OTDR and how to perform an optical power meter test
Field service experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred you have the necessary skills and experience; we invite you to apply for this position.
