Controls Installer

Alliance Group is seeking full-time, experienced Controls Installers in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing Building Automation team.

This is a field-based position that is responsible for the installation of low voltage building automation systems while demonstrating excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.

Starting Salary Range: $25/hr – pay is negotiable based on experience.

Job Summary:

The Controls Technician will be responsible for installations of various low voltage building automation systems. This individual will need to build and maintain strong customer relationships while demonstrating effective technical resolution for both new and existing installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installation including, but not limited to, mounting control panels, running conduit, and pulling wire
• Install and wire devices including, but not limited to, controllers, relays, current detectors, temperature sensors, actuators, etc.
• Safely work with ladders, arial lifts, and a variety of hand tools and power tools
• Give direction to less experienced installers
• Adapt to changing work conditions to complete given tasks

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience installing DDC controls, access controls, security systems or a similar field required.

• 2 years of building automation experience

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver’s License required

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):

Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
