This is an on-site, office-based, seasonal position responsible for assisting with answering inbound phone calls, communicating with dispatchers, and providing exceptional customer service. Depending on need, this may become a full-time, year-round position.

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is a key player in our company's drive to provide the absolute best HVAC services possible. The position will work out of our Essex Junction, VT branch in-person. The Customer Service Representative must have high level customer service skills and be extremely professional and pleasant. Computer experience with Outlook and MS Office Suite is highly preferred. Must be detail-oriented and focused to take and enter customer information accurate.
The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:
- Answer inbound phone calls and process accordingly (transfer call, take message and email to coworker, etc).
- Create job numbers for service requests and communicate requests to the appropriate dispatcher.
- Email New Customer Enrollment Forms as needed.
- Return customer calls as needed.

Experience:
- Some experience in customer service is preferred.
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License required
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):
Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
