Alliance Group is seeking an experienced candidate to fill a full-time Proactive Maintenance Sales role based in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing team. ***We are willing to train the right person!***
This is a position that is responsible for reaching sales goals based on a yearly timeline for Proactive Maintenance regarding mechanical, electrical, and buidling controls systems by growing a customer base, occasionally climbing ladders and accessing rooftop equipment to bid PMs appropriately, and working with customers to draft maintenance agreements.
The hours for this position are 7:00am to 4:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Salary:
Starting Base Salary Range: $50,000/yr – base salary is negotiable based on experience. In addition, there is variable rate commission associated with this role based on the scope of work to be accomplished.

Job Summary:
Proactive Maintenance Sales will be responsible for reaching sales goals based on a yearly timeline for Proactive Maintenance regarding mechanical, electrical, and building controls systems by growing a customer base, occasionally climbing ladders and accessing rooftop equipment to bid PMs appropriately, working with customers to draft maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain baseline sales goals based on yearly timeline
- Maintain sales profitability (working with Branch Manager to maintain profit margins)
- Developing new sales leads and potential customer lists
- Administration of agreements
- Develop and maintain a contact list for sales procedures to maximize department efficiency
- Inspect equipment for PM bids – will sometimes require climbing a ladder or access equipment on a roof
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers as well as developing new business leads

Travel:
A company vehicle and gas card will be provided.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, but occasionally necessary beyond local. Additional offices are located in Essex Junction, VT; West Lebanon, NH; and Bow, NH. Company does perform meetings which sometimes require travel to a designated meeting space.
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver’s License required

Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
