Position Overview
The Tank Farm and Solvent Recovery (TFS) project has an opening for a Construction / Systems Turnover Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. This role reports to the TFS Construction Manager with overall reporting to the TFS Project Manager
Working with the client TFS Construction Manager, client TFS Commissioning Team, and Construction Firm, specifically the Construction Firms Turnover Manager and T / O staff, to provides on-site coordination of system documentation turnover delivery received by Lilly for mechanical, piping, electrical, and network system
Working with and supporting the Senior TFS Administrative Assistant and reporting to the TFS Project Manager provides on-site administrative and clerical support duties
The candidate will possess the skills necessary to self-manage tasks, have basic computer skills with working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and be able to organize electronic files and documents. The candidate will possess excellent soft skills and work as a cohesive team member and be a quick learner. Although not required, having construction site experience is a plus as the candidate will be working on an active construction site. Safety and site orientation training will be provided. The work environment is office w / cubical in on-site trailers
