ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Current Client Sales Representative, your day begins by connecting with clients-listening to their needs, resolving any questions, and helping them maximize the benefits of our innovative HCM solutions. You proactively reach out to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that align perfectly with their goals. Staying informed about industry trends, you collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and ensure client satisfaction. As the trusted advisor to your clients, you track account activity, measure success metrics, and celebrate wins with your team.
To join our team, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred: Knowledge of payroll services or HR solutions.
