YOUR ROLE
As a Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the execution and optimization of campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms. You will utilize Salesforce and Pardot to manage and track lead progression, ensuring that Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) effectively convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). A key part of your role will be enhancing processes to support sales enablement, refining lead scoring models and follow-up strategies in collaboration with the sales team. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and revenue, using data-driven insights to improve efficiencies and optimize results.
YOUR SCHEDULE AS A MARKETING SPECIALIST
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Shenandoah, TX campus. Work hours may vary, but the role requires close collaboration with different teams to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and lead management strategies.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A MARKETING SPECIALIST
- 3 years in marketing operations, revenue marketing, or sales enablement
- Proven success in improving MQL-to-SQL conversion and optimizing marketing-driven revenue
- Experience managing campaigns in Salesforce, Pardot, and Monday.com
- Strong data analysis skills and ability
