Alliance Health at Marina Bay is a 167 bed not-for-profit skilled nursing facility in Quincy, MA.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time highly motivated individual to work in our Business Office. Th is role will be responsible to work hand and hand with our AR Regional Manager coordinating and managing the office function, which includes but is not limited to billing, collections, PNA record keeping, cash posting, banking, month-end processing, etc.
Requirements :
- MUST have prior experience in a business office in a SNF or an LTCH setting.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Office and Matrix or other SNF / Billing software such as Matrix or PCC.
- Knowledge of Medicare A&B, MA Medicaid, HMO and SCO Billing, private insurances, PPA and Private pay collections, PNA, Cash Postings.
- Possess solid mathematical skills, strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
- Must be willing to work with families, residents and outside consultants on Medicaid applications.
- Must be willing to have financial conversations with family members and residents.
- Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as a self-motivating individual with oversight of an assistant.
- Be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
