Alliance Health Group is seeking a Case Manager for its nursing home portfolio in North Carolina!


Duties:

  • Obtaining and submitting extenstions of authorizations
  • Tracking length of stay and trends
  • Accurately document and submit medical records of managed care patient
  • Closing cases upon patient discharge

Requirements:

  • LPN perferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in LTC setting
  • Knowledge of managed care products, medical terminology, and proficiency with computer skills needed
