Alliance Human Services, Inc. has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Social Worker / Case Manager to join our not-for-profit, therapeutic foster care agency, located in Danville, VA . We are looking for a Bachelor’s level Social Worker / Case Manager, (Master’s preferred), to coordinate the treatment of the children we place with foster parents, in and around the Danville community. Work on some evenings and weekends may be required based on the families’ schedules. With rotating on-call schedule after 90-days beginning with shadowing to get you acclimated.

Education and / or Experience :
MUST HAVE : At least 1 year of experience as a case manager in the social work or human service field and working with families. If you possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field of social work or human services.
MUST HAVE : At least 2 years of experience as a case manager in the social work or human service field and working & providing casework to children and families. If you possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any other field of study.
