Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00-5:00pm
Location: NCHA Evans Office – In Person Position
The North Colorado Health Alliance is seeking an Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for people visiting the Evans, CO Office for services and community partnership meetings! The Office Coordinator will greet and welcome all visitors to North Colorado Health Alliance while providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations at this location. The Office Coordinator will answer telephones and respond to in[1]person inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner while connecting individuals to the appropriate team member, department, or partner organization. They will organize and distribute incoming mail and packages, inventory, order, organize and distribute supplies, and schedule conference rooms for team members as needed. The Office Coordinator will report to will report to the leadership team of NCHA.

Job Responsibilities:
Strict confidentiality of all records and communications
Front office management (greet and direct visitors, phone support, maintain a neat reception area)
Answer, screen, and provide information to incoming phone calls and in-person inquiries
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Collect, stamp, and send outgoing mail
Receive Deliveries
Inventory & Coordinate supply ordering, distribution and delivery for all NCHA locations
Schedule conference rooms and additional meeting logistics as needed (A/V needs, catering, room set up, etc.)
Supports the organization with a positive attitude and active participation
Display a good understanding of the mission and vision of NCHA
Some travel among NCHA locations and local sites may be required
Other Duties as Assigned:
Provide assistance, as designated by executive leadership to support the overall goals of NCHA
Provide input into development of policies and procedures
Compliance with NCHA programs overall
Meeting and training attendance
Participation in ongoing performance improvement activities
