Alliance Orthopedics, the region's most dynamic multidisciplinary practice, is seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate addition to our team! Our Clinical Testing Coordinator ATCs work side-by-side with both our medical and conservative care divisions. ATCs are an integral part of our sports medicine team. This role takes lead on clinical testing for medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons, functional medicine practitioners, pain management physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, occupational therapists, and exercise physiologists. Alliance Orthopedics implements clinical tests including Physical Performance Tests, FMS, Kinetisense, Sparta Science, SCAT Testing, BESS, SWAY, TUG, Functional Range Conditioning, and others as specified by our team.

- Build rapport and relationships with our patients! Understand THEIR GOALS!
- Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing for range of motion, strength, power, endurance, relative progress, and clearance for activity
- Conduct post-test follow-up, analysis, and patient education
- Monitor, review, and make recommendations to treating providers on progressions/regressions within patients' care plans based on clinical test results
- Record patient vitals, test results, progress notes, clearance notes, and other medical information while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Become the compassionate liaison between the physician and patient providing data, support, attention, and encouragement to the patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations including but not limited to, HIPAA and OSHA
- Stand out as a valuable team member, bringing energy in collaboration with all other healthcare disciplines in a team setting to help our patients get BETTER EVERYDAY!
- Exercise Science or Kinesiology degree OR Valid New Jersey Athletic Trainer License
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and appropriate clinical terminology for scope of practice
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills, especially the ability to show compassion for patients coming from all walks of life
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and proper documentation procedures
- Confident personality and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
