- Provide leadership and strategic oversight for daily operations of the surgery center.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Joint
- Oversee all administrative, clinical, and business functions of the center.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, Governing Body, and physicians to meet clinical
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and long-term capital
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper credentialing and licensing of all medical and ancillary staff.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, quality improvement, and risk management
- Direct staff training, education, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee facility maintenance, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years of surgery center management experience required.
- RN License in New Jersey preferred with surgical services experience.
- Strong knowledge of Joint Commission (TJC) standards, accreditation, and
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations and maintain operational budgets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Experience in team building, staff development, and strategic planning.
- Background in outpatient surgical services.
- Experience with infection control program leadership.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and state regulations.
- Marketing and business development experience is a plus.
