At Alliance Health, our medical assistants will….
- Meet patient needs in a professional way
- Gather and record vitals in Epic
- Interact with patients to understand their needs and communicate with our provider(s)
- Set up and perform EKGs, injections, PFTs, and x-rays
- Draw blood and process specimen
- Autoclave instruments
- Work incoming telephone calls for patient questions
- Contact patients to communicate results, scripts, and follow up
You would be the perfect candidate at Alliance Health if you have….
- Certificate of completion from a recognized Medical Assistant program
- Certification as a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant (either upon application or obtained within three (3) months from date of hire)
- Excellent customer service and inter-personal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- General computer proficiency
