Additionally, they ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintain accurate documentation, and advocate for clients to access necessary help. By balancing administrative tasks with client-focused responsibilities, they play a vital role in improving clients' quality of life and ensuring seamless delivery of home care services. Contact clients new clients and establish the basics. Schedule and manage appointments with nursing team. Develop and maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Provide medical administrative support, including handling insurance verification

Requirements
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably within a home care setting.
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks and processes.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology to facilitate effective communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in using office, google docs, sheets and medical software
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
