We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to conduct client assessments on a per diem basis in Bergen County, NJ. If you have a strong clinical background, experience in geriatric care, and a passion for delivering personalized care, we’d love to hear from you.
Shifts: Assessments range from 1–3 hours.
Key Responsibilities
As an Client Assessment RN with Alliance Homecare, you’ll perform the following essential tasks:
- Initial Assessment/Intake
- Routine Home Visit: Conducted at least monthly
- PRN Home Visit
- Post-Hospital Assessment
- Recertification Assessment: Completed every 6 months
- Supervision of Home Health Aides: During every visit, if applicable
- Supervision of RNs/LPNs: During every visit, if applicable

Qualifications:
- Valid NJ State RN License
- At least 2 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Home care experience preferred
