Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer that specializes in precision machining production parts for the heavy and medium truck industries.? We are seeking a CNC Setup Technician ASAP!
Shift : 7a-3 : 30p M-F
Pay : $20-$25 BOE
The CNC Setup Tech needs to have CNC experience and tool changing experience in a production environment. The CNC Setup Tech will not write the programs but need to know how to change over tooling for new parts as well as make precision adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines and equipment
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models
- Adjust machine settings for optimal results
- Conduct regular CNC machine assessments
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
- Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly
- Troubleshoot and repair machine problems
- Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
