Job Title : Maintenance Technician
Pay : Up to $35 / hr
Hours : 3rd Shift 7 : 30pm to 6 : 00am (Sunday - Thursday)
Start Date : ASAP
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client, a metal processor located in Valley City, OH. The Maintenance Technician will maintain the metal processing equipment. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and repair metal processing equipment.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for :
- Repair and troubleshoot in pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives, and controls, welding & cutting, and heavy industrial wiring.
- Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
- Installation, modification, and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
- Perform Total Preventative Maintenance to all machinery and equipment as scheduled.
- Ability to learn processes, equipment specifications, and company standards by actively consulting resources, associates, manuals, training department, and policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality, and housekeeping.
