Job Summary:
We are hiring an Industrial Project Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of silos and other bulk storage vessels, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cleaning and maintenance of bulk storage vessels and industrial areas.
- Follow safety protocols including OSHA, MSHA, federal regulations, and customer SOP's.
- Complete documentation, including onsite safety briefs, DOT logbooks, and daily expense reports.
- Operate specialized equipment (e.g., hydro-blasters, vacuum trucks, air compressors.)
- Work at heights, in confined spaces, and variable weather conditions.
- Travel-focused position with 4-5 weeks of travel followed by 1 week off.
- Effectively communicate project progress, additional requirements, and concerns with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required; Class "B" CDL preferred.
- Highly sought after: Current DOT physical, Air Monitoring, OSHA 10/30 training.
- Light to medium strenuous activity while working in safety-sensitive environments.
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic understanding.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a valuable member of a team.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 12-hour days, up to 7 days a week.
- Must be able to pass required physical and safety certifications.
- Travel to job sites required by a company vehicle or commercial means; Valid passport preferred.
