Job Overview
As a General Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shipping logistics, assisting with rig demonstrations, and supporting customer visits. You'll also manage warehouse operations, drive company-provided trucks for deliveries, and assist with light mechanical tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and trucking deliveries to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Assist with rig demonstrations and coordinate customer visits.
- Perform warehouse duties, including inventory management and forklift operation.
- Safely operate company-provided truck and trailer for deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage client inquiries.
- Assist with light mechanical work on equipment when required.
- Organize events and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Adapt to working in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
- Provide after-hours support for urgent business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with truck and trailer operations.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
- Experience with Sonic Drilling is a plus but not required.
