Premier dining and entertainment venue is looking for a responsible, dedicated Line and Prep Cooks to join the team! The Galley is located at the epicenter of Historic Marietta, Ohio. Our line cooks are crucial to our team. They ultimately keep the ship running and are the key to offering our customers a memorable experience. The Cooks are responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, salads, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foods. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to: assisting in cooking, food preparation, food safety, and sanitation skills to ensure the delivery of great tasting, piping hot food.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience as a Cook / Knife Skills
- Balanced temperament to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
