As a Painters Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in preparing parts for painting, ensuring high-quality finishes, and assisting with the operation of the blasting booth. If you take pride in your work and have an eye for detail, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for Painting: Clean and prep surfaces, inspect parts for quality, and fill cavities/dents to ensure smooth finishes.
- Blasting Booth Operations: Assist in running the blasting booth to clean parts for painting.
- Maintain Equipment: Regularly clean the paint booth, conveyor, spray heads, brushes, and nozzles.
- Dispose of Waste: Safely handle and dispose of paint waste and hazardous materials.
- Forklift Operations: Operate a forklift to move parts as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous training or experience in autobody work or industrial painting is a plus!
- Skills: Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 6 AM – 4:30 PM
