Big Hometown Motorsports is seeking a Powersports Sales Professional to join our team in Marietta, Ohio. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, customer service oriented and LOVES Motorsports. Our Sales Professionals ensure the intensity and consistency of the Big Hometown sales process. Ensure the structure of all deals worked are in compliance with dealership policies resulting in maximizing the volume of bike sales, new and used. Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle sales by using proactive feature and benefit sales techniques, while delivering a high-level customer experience and upholding the highest ethical standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the machine that fills their wants and needs.
- Have an understanding of motorcycles, four-wheelers and side by sides, their features and capabilities.
- Follow Big Hometown Motorsports’ Sales Process.
- Explain various Products and Services available at Big Hometown Motorsports.
- Portray a positive attitude and represent Big Hometown Motorsports’ customer service focus to all customers.
- Motorcycle Endorsement is preferred but can be obtained within 6 months of date of hire.
- Must possess computer skills. CRM Experience is an added benefit.
- Must be eager to continually learn new products and features. Training will be provided.
- Must maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene.
- Motorcycle or Automotive Sales experience is preferred.
