About the Role…
We’re looking for a skilled Shop Technician to join our team! This role involves safely stocking and organizing tool and equipment trailers, performing routine inspections, and supporting field operations. Responsibilities include equipment repair, calibration, and maintenance, along with assisting in field jobs as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of related experience with machine equipment preferred
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
- Proficient in basic mechanical and electrical skills; able to use tools like wrenches, drills, and grinders
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, OSHA, MSHA, and other safety protocols
- Capable of reading blueprints and using equipment like mills, lathes, and other shop machinery
- Experience with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining tools and trailers for specific job requirements
- Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, dependable with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs occasionally) and work in varied environmental conditions
