Kreamy Kreations Hand-Dipped Ice Cream is looking for a Team Member. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by making menu items to fulfill orders, processing payments, handling customer questions or concerns in a professional and positive manner and maintaining a clean, organized shop.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfills customer orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Processes customer payments via cash or electronic methods.
- Maintains a clean and organized shop by assisting with routine cleaning duties (trash removal, sweeping, mopping, etc.) as assigned.
- Restocks supplies and displays as needed.
- Assists customers by providing information, answering questions and handling concerns in a professional and positive manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for 4-8 hours.
- Flexible schedule – available to work during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task.
