The Senior Sales Representative is the keystone position responsible for company growth and exposure across manufacturing markets. Essential functions of the role include supplementing the current program of tooling and equipment systems, overtly exhibiting Alliance company presence in the market, identifying new potential customers, traveling to customer business sites, and working symbiotically with company directives to meet customer quality and timelines. Position requires complete manufacturing industry competence and outstanding communication skills. Position demands confidence working on the road, at the office and from home.

In its second year of business, Alliance tripled its equipment acquisitions, employed fifteen new tooling experts with diverse skill backgrounds, expanded manufacturing methods across three new landscapes, acquired a thermal press molding business with national roots, and positioned itself as a cut-above-the-rest solutions-competent and cost-savings motivated supplier for many Tier I automotive enterprises. We now look to add a fifth professional and dedicated sales representative as we ascend to our third year in business. Alliance Innovations is a private, family-owned business.
Responsibilities
· Maintain an accessible and approachable nature for existing and potential customers.
· Exert proactive measures in identifying new target customers.
· Possess expertise in using Microsoft Office products.
· Actively engage in regular communication with existing customers to secure further projects.
· Exhibit the face of the company positively, competently, and honorably.
· Effectively communicate customer expectations to Alliance manufacturing teams.
· Maintain a high engagement level of supervising your projects during the manufacturing process.
· Possess a readiness to travel and burden possible extended stay when customer onsite engineering support is requested and required.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing (3 years).
· Deep understanding of blow molding, compression molding, trim tooling, fixtures and assembly aids, heavy truck SMC tooling, injection tooling, specialty fixtures and other manufacturing fields.
· Endurance to overcome difficult challenges and the aptitude to delegate effectively when necessary.
· Dual expertise in working efficiently both independently and on a team.
