Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with minimum 5 years experience in an independent agency setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both personal and commercial lines and the potential to grow into an agency management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored insurance solutions for personal and commercial clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell policies
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency standards
• Assist with agency management duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license Required!
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an independent insurance agency setting
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong sales and customer service abilities
• Experience with agency management or leadership is a plus
