What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate FP&A Analyst position at Alliance Laundry System?
Overview
The corporate FP&A Analyst supports in delivering budgets, forecasts, analysis of expenses, and other financial projects for the Company. This position will be primarily remote, but will need to be onsite monthly for meetings.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly business performance package.
- Partner with Commercial & Manufacturing organizations in expense analysis and control. Ensure appropriate variance explanations are captured as needed. Identify and communicate all risks and opportunities.
- Support set-up and validation of the new business processes and their integration within existing company structure to ensure transparent and consistent results.
- Designated business partner for supporting corporate functions.
- Propose and assists with implementation of system enhancements, department efficiencies and development of policies and operating procedures for the organization.
- Ensure the application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls within the Company.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Results oriented with strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
- Comfortable operating with minimum supervision and able to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize and carry out simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to analyze, interpret, and present in concise audience appropriate way.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
- Experience in financial analysis in manufacturing environment preferred.
