Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, focusing on SAP IM, WM, and EWM modules.
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into IM/WM/EWM solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements and new functionalities within the SAP IM/WM/EWM framework.
- Provide ongoing SAP end-user support and training specifically for IM/WM/EWM, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation for SAP IM/WM/EWM processes and system configurations.
- Participate in SAP upgrade projects, focusing on IM/WM/EWM system testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with SAP developers to create and modify reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to IM/WM/EWM (RICEF elements).
- Monitor SAP IM/WM/EWM system performance, proactively addressing potential issues and recommending solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of supply chain trends and SAP IM/WM/EWM best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create reporting to support the business using Power BI, PowerApps, and other necessary tools.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role with a focus on SAP IM/WM/EWM within a supply chain management context.
- Cross module experience in SD, MM, and PP is desirable.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices with hands-on experience in SAP IM, WM, and EWM modules.
- Proven track record of successful SAP IM/WM/EWM implementations and enhancements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification in IM, WM, or EWM is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
Position involves sitting for long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
