Ready to make a significant impact? As a vital part of our Service team, your role is to ensure our commercial laundry equipment operates seamlessly. Based ideally in the Southside of Seattle, WA, your expertise will support both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Master the art of repairing, installing, and starting up commercial laundry equipment to exceed customer expectations. Deliver tailored customer service, providing insightful diagnoses and guidance on equipment operation. Contribute to maintenance excellence by managing routine upkeep and timely parts replacement. Document your work meticulously to maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate effectively in equipment maintenance and parts recovery. Facilitate timely parts orders to ensure seamless operations. Manage inventory and expense reports for your designated company vehicle. Travel to client sites, resolving on-site issues and handling emergency maintenance as required. Communicate effectively with your Service Manager, providing escalations and process insights. Engage in various tasks to support operational efficiency.Candidate Profile:
Looking for individuals with:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Two years' experience in repair fields such as commercial or manufacturing equipment, military service, etc.
- Electrically-savvy individuals preferred.
- Proficiency in customer support through phone/email systems advantageous.
Skills Required:
- Problem-solving aptitude for mechanical/electrical challenges.
- Keen organizational talents to juggle tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communicator with a positive, professional attitude.

Travel & Physical Requirements:
- Frequent travel within the service area, with some overnight trips for special projects.
- Role includes physical activities and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record necessary. Company vehicle provided.

For Washington, compensation for this role ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, dependent on skills, experience, and location.
