Your Opportunity as a Field Service Specialist

Imagine starting your day by driving through the Southside of Seattle, WA, headed to your first client. As one of our Field Service Specialists, you are the trusted advisor for all things related to commercial laundry equipment. Your mission: To keep the laundry machines humming smoothly and the clients smiling.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair laundry machines, ensuring optimal performance for delighted customers.
• Educate clients on equipment use and provide tailored advice post-installation.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and order necessary parts for seamless operations.
• Document all service activities and inventory usage accurately.
• Travel to sites to tackle challenges, participating in emergency repairs as assigned.
• Be proactive in escalating critical issues to your Service Manager.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Completed High School or equivalent.
• Familiar with electrical and mechanical repairs, ideally with 2 years' experience.
• Skilled in digital communication (phone/email support).

• Mechanical insight for diagnosing and solving equipment issues.
• Organized and detail-focused, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communicator with a flair for maintaining professionalism across interactions.

Travel Requirements:

• Substantial area travel with overnight stays during specific projects.
• Physical requirements include various movements and handling loads up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and a company-provided vehicle will support your travel needs.

In Washington, anticipated pay is between $28.00 and $32.00 per hour, reflecting skills, experience, and locality influence.
