Retail Events Specialist

Price Solutions is actively searching for the best talent to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, and prioritize a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities Include

• Building client relationships: Must be able to build strong relationships by following up with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
• Product/Service Knowledge: Must be able to answer any questions the client may have about the product, and ensure that the client makes a purchase that meets their needs
• Providing feedback: Provide feedback to the management team that can help improve future business dealings
• Closing Sales: Sealing the deal with effective closing techniques
• Mandatory training sessions: Attend ongoing training to acquire system knowledge and stay up to date on products and services
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a direct customer service role
• Ability to adapt to new situations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
