Alliance Manufacturing, Inc., a leading provider of innovative solutions for industrial parts cleaning applications, is seeking an Field Service Technician! Work four 10-hour days and have off Mondays or Fridays!!!
Position Summary:
Layout, assemble and wire electrical control panels. Assist with machine hard wiring, quality check-out, and troubleshooting. Field/service work for equipment in the field for both electrical and mechanical issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Travel to customer facilities to provide electrical and/or mechanical repairs/troubleshooting and start-ups for Alliance machines. Travel up to 50% required for this position.
*Layout, assemble and wire electrical control panels.
*Troubleshoot and repair electrical related equipment problems.
*Wire equipment; bend conduit and wire to devices.
*Perform electrical/mechanical machine check-out prior to shipment.
*Troubleshoot and service electrical/mechanical machine problems during manufacturing process.
Other Duties When Requested:
*Machine assembly.
*Assist service department with technical and service parts support.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent electrical/mechanical aptitude.
-Good understanding of electrical schematics/programs/components.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately within acceptable timeframes.
-Ability to solve problems and ease customer concerns.
-Maintains a high level quality standard.
