RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business within an assigned account base.
- Sell material handling solutions to existing customers and prospects within the region.
- Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations.
- Build and foster meaningful business relationships and internal partnerships.
- Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention.
- Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts such as cold calling, prospecting, networking and market knowledge.
- Produce quotations using Alliance Material’s quote system and forward to applicable departments within Alliance for approval and processing.
- Conduct demonstrations of equipment in the presence of potential and existing customers as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 plus years of relevant sales experience.
- Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision makers in a corporate structure
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Negotiating and closing skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Daily travel is required
- Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred
- Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities as a member of the Sales Team.
- Material Handling or Industrial Warehousing, Industrial Equipment knowledge a plus
