What You’ll Do:
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Manage ongoing multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-specification delivery
- Oversee project progress through regular site visits—trust but verify!
- Drive day-to-day project activities, proactively managing issues and priorities
- Set clear expectations, manage timelines, and communicate milestones effectively
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams, installers, and customers
- Coordinate closely with project coordinators, site staff, sub-labor, and CAD teams
- Lead collaboration across multiple teams and time zones for seamless execution
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and shipping logistics
- Develop and manage install plans and drawings with sub-labor and CAD support
- Provide clear, detailed milestone reporting and daily status updates
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk management, and reports
- Map out phase plans as needed to ensure project success
What You Bring:
- Travel Ready: Willing and able to travel 80% to project sites across the U.S.
- Proven Leadership: Strong people skills to motivate, influence, and guide teams
- Project Expertise: Experience managing large-scale projects and significant budgets
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Resilient, dynamic, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work across complex organizations and time zones
- Experienced Communicator: Skilled in reporting, documentation, and cross-functional alignment
- Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
