Business Development & Sales
- Develop new business opportunities within an assigned account base
- Sell material handling solutions to both existing customers and prospects within your region
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging market knowledge
- Present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations
- Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, driving retention and loyalty
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Produce accurate and competitive quotations using Alliance Material’s quote system
- Collaborate with internal teams to get approvals and process quotes effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers
- 2 years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment
- Ability to develop strong business relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record—daily travel required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on various roles as part of the sales team
- Knowledge of material handling, industrial warehousing, or industrial equipment is a plus
