What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at Alliance Medical Physics LLC?
Objective: To provide administrative support to medical physicists and clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook to communicate with clients
- Create and maintain calendar entries and company database to reflect accurate schedules
- Process physics survey reports using Microsoft Office based programs, primarily Excel & Word
- Log and monitor reports to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide client service professionally to client requests via phone and email
- Support physicists administratively
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance on the job
- Must be able to work hours beyond regular scheduled work week as necessary
- Perform all duties with a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years administrative/customer service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, general knowledge of PC software, concepts and techniques
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pay great attention to details
- Initiative to learn new skills, improve current skills or take on additional responsibilities
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff and management
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Time management and excellent organizational skills
