Alliance Mobile Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Operations Manager is to guide the team in their territory to be successful at Managing Operations at the location level. This position is responsible for Cash Management, Inventory Management, Merchandising Management, Reporting Management, and OPUS issue Management.
Qualified applicants must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite of Products, OPUS, Time Management Skills, Written Communication, and possess strong Leadership Skills. This position will consist of some in store and in office responsibilities. This position is based in person in the Troy office, with the opportunity to travel to assigned locations when necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
- New Manager Operations On-boarding
- Guiding Completion of Monthly OPUS Audits
- Reviewing and Manage Inventory Reports
- In-Transit, EOL Devices and Accessories, Unapproved Adjustments, Inventory Count Completion, Outstanding Transfers, Shrink, LAR/LIT/PIT
- Manage Reverse Logistics within your territory
- Review and Manage Cash Reports
- Closing Checklist, Daily Surplus Counts, Monthly Cash Audit, CDG Discrepancies
- Assist with OPUS issues within your Territory
- Manage ARIT Tickets in your Territory
- Assist in Developing Job Aides specific to Operations
- Execute Company Directives and Manage Deadlines
- Conduct in-store Visits when Necessary to solve outstanding Issues
- Manage and Correct for Loss in your Territory
- Develop plans with struggling locations and execute the plan
- Manage Cash Procedures in your Territory
- Manage Next and Buyback issues in your Territory
- Manage Daily / Weekly Scan Completion in your Territory
- Work with DM and MD team to address areas of opportunities in given district
- Ensure each location is Ipog compliant/accessories, displays, and devices
- Assist corporate team with returns and transfers to Alliance Corporate
- Assist in Loss Prevention strategy and success
- Ensure Alliance inventory is secure and that all inventory is in sellable condition
- Ensure store meets Alliance and AT&T standards for merchandising, customer experience, and facility organization
- Assist locations ordering of replacement fixtures, merchandising, and supplies
- Assist locations with Supply Ordering
- Report findings for each store visit and communicate discoveries to corporate team
- Explores and shares industry trends, best practices and developmental resources and tools.
- Contributes to a culture of professionalism, integrity and effectiveness. Demonstrates an attitude that contributes to an internal environment of teamwork
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the Operations strategy on an on-going basis
- Must utilize personal vehicle for travel
- Will be required to lift upwards of over 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Required to work 40-45 hours a week which may include Saturdays and Sundays
