This mostly in-office position blends leadership, clinical expertise, and administrative capability, allowing you to make a meaningful impact both in our high-acuity adult family home and in our home health division. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care across our organization, assisting with staff support, compliance, and quality assurance.

Your Role Will Include:
✅ Leading & Supporting Care Teams: Overseeing care in our eight-bed adult family home and ensuring compliance with Washington State regulations (WAC 388-76 & 388-112).
✅ Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Partnering with the Director of Nursing to enhance resident and home health client care.
✅ Home Health Oversight: Occasionally conducting check-ins with home health nurses and families to ensure quality, compliance, and support.
✅ Mentoring & Training: Helping guide and support nurses in both settings. ✅ Flexibility & Adaptability: Assisting in shaping this evolving role to best serve the company, staff, and your own professional goals.
✅ Rare Floor Support: While this is primarily an administrative role, you may be needed to fill in on a shift at the adult family home on occasion.
Required:
- Active WA State RN license (unrestricted)
- 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
Preferred:
- Supervisor/manager/leadership experience preferred
- Vents/trachs experience preferred
